I am a big fan of online poker sites, and I have been playing on GGPoker from Covid time. When I first joined the platform, I downloaded the mobile app and then created a new account in just minutes. I would have liked the option to play poker games on the desktop site, but the dedicated apps work well, so this is not a train smash.
As most GGPoker reviews will tell you, the platform has an encrypted banking system, with deposits and withdrawals generally handled pretty quickly. In my experience, deposits were instant, while withdrawals took up to five working days to reach my bank account. One thing worth remembering is the KYC check. Make sure the required documents are submitted and approved, as you won’t be able to withdraw until the verification process is complete.
There are plenty of bonuses to keep poker players busy, starting with a choice of two welcome offers: $100 in rewards or a 100% match bonus of up to $600. Once that’s out of the way, existing players can still pick up daily freebies and monthly rewards. The only catch? There’s a fair bit to learn. The bonus terms go into plenty of detail, and the rewards programme might take a little while to figure out when first getting started. My advice is to keep those T&Cs handy and give them a proper read before diving in.
If you are a fan of poker variants like Texas Hold’em and Omaha, there are plenty of rooms and tournaments to enter with lots of bonuses. However, make sure you understand how poker works, otherwise it could be a frustrating experience trying to figure out if you have a good hand or not.

When I say I like playing poker, I mean at a low key level, and trying to get the hang of GG Poker blew my mind. This is no site for someone who just wants to play a few Omaha hands once in a while, this is a site for serious players, and I mean global level tournament serious.
I established that you can play Texas Hold’em and Omaha, but frankly the money I saw going on the tables was too much for my skillset. Beyond that Rush & Cash is a bit like a poker version of speed dating. But Spin & Gold which is described as a “hyper turbo lottery sit and go” was game over for me.
The variations for the bonuses available were confusing, especially the free ticket part. The alternative seemed to be a 100% deposit match up to $200, but to be perfectly honest, GG Poker wasn’t for me. That said, I guess the specialist software and features like the Smart HUD and PokerCraft will certainly command attention from certain types of players.
There’s nothing wrong with this site, everything about it is professional including the live chat support agents, who did their level best to answer my many questions. Personally, I won’t be coming back, GG Poker is way out of my league.
