I usually know pretty quickly what I want to do when I open a lottery site. Pick a draw, choose an entry and wait for the result. With Lottery.com, I never really got that comfortable feeling that made me want to move on to the payment stage.
I spent some time looking around because I wanted to understand exactly what I could do before putting any money in. The more I checked, the more I felt like I needed clearer answers about the actual ticket-buying process.
That was enough for me to hold off. I’m fine trying a new lottery platform, but I want to know where my money is going, how my entry is handled and what happens if that ticket ends up winning.
Normally, I’d test a service with a small entry and judge it from there. This time I didn’t see much value in depositing just for the sake of saying I had tried it. I’d rather be confident about the full process first.
Withdrawal was another reason I didn’t go any further. Since I never reached the point of depositing and playing, I obviously didn’t have winnings to cash out either. I’m not going to pretend I completed a withdrawal when I didn’t.
For me, being able to understand the payout side before depositing is just as important as buying the ticket itself. If I can’t clearly see how I’ll eventually get my money out, I’m not particularly interested in putting it in.
