Paddy Power started working better for me once I stopped thinking that every bet had to end in either a full win or a complete loss. I noticed that most when I had a football accumulator running and one match started making me nervous.
Instead of closing the whole thing, I tried Partial Cash Out. I took some money off the bet and left the rest running. That felt much better than making one big decision, especially when most of my other selections were still looking good.

Free bet offers are probably the part I would pay most attention to, although I always read the conditions first rather than assuming the headline tells the whole story.
If I had one criticism, it is that the marketing can sometimes grab more attention than the actual betting information. I prefer getting straight to the market when I already know what I want.

My Overall Experience
The few months spent on the platform were a mixed bag. After making a few winnings, the amount of restrictions and “shadow banning” I received was shocking. Customer service was also poor.

I used Paddy Power for around three months, mainly for football and a bit of horse racing. Signing up was quick and I could deposit and place bets straight away. I didn’t have to deal with KYC immediately, but verification came up when I made my first withdrawal. The process was straightforward once I had the documents ready, although I’d get verified before keeping a larger balance.
Football betting
Football was where I spent most of my time. I mainly bet on Premier League and Champions League games, using both normal markets and Bet Builder. Of course, Paddy doesnt get everything right. For starters, the casino arm of the PP site is fairly basic and other websites are a lot more pleasing on the eye. But, all in all, you would be well advised to make a place for Paddy in your betting mix. Especially if you are out for a fun time!

Customer service is not always great at bookies but PP is different to most bookies! Always able to sort out any issues I have with bets really fast, never had issues. Can’t complain about their offers and bonuses, always fair with me (unlike other places I cud mention!!!?), highly recommend PP to anyone fancying a bet! I don’t play casino much but if I do it’s at PP, lots of games to pick from esp slots tho I prefer blackjack myself, but there’s lots there for everyone.
